How to… Entice Middle-Grade Readers

Saturday, October 18 @ 1 pm FREE
Memorial Park Library, Alexander Calhoun Salon, Main Floor

We’ve heard it over and over again from educators and parents: middle schoolers can be tough sells when it comes to reading. But we know how important it is to instill a lifelong love of books while they’re still young, and that’s why we’re bringing you Wesley King (Benny on the Case), Susin Nielsen (Tremendous Things), and David Robertson (At World’s End: The Misewa Saga Book Six). These three have proven themselves to be middle-grade phenoms, and they are ready to talk about what really hooks tweens on reading.
